With over 17 years of experience, Steve’s focus is on client relations, account management and sales. Before joining American Reprographics, Inc., he held various executive and sales positions at national and international firms. Steve’s responsibilites extend beyond Sales, however. He also assumes prime responsibility for selected account relations, interfaces with clients for feedback on service improvement, provides market intelligence to help American Reprographics, Inc. maintain a leadership edge, and ensures that all clients are receiving service beyond expectations. In addition, he guides clients into transitioning other digital document management services from strategic alliance partners.
Steve attended Ithaca College, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an M.B.A from the University of Maryland. Born and raised in the Washington DC area, his professional career has always focused on client retention and satisfaction as a top priority.
